for UNC Charlotte's Office of Classroom Support. The Office
of Classroom Support was created to address the variety of
classroom equipment and technology support needs at the University. |

The Office of Classroom
Support provides real-time classroom assistance for instructors
experiencing any high-tech or low-tech difficulties. |
|
We also maintain and update
equipment, arrange for replacement of items such as broken
desks, and maintain the inventory of classroom locations, capacity,
and contents. |

If you encounter difficulties
in your classroom, call 7-3100 and choose option 3 for Classroom
Support. If you have an issue that prevents the normal continuation
of your class, we will make every effort to arrive within ten
minutes to help resolve the problem. If you are in one of our
newly designed rooms, there is an intercom on the podium that
will link you directly to our helpful support staff.
